Aubrey Brett (A4)
Aubrey Brett was the son of an English father and mother from County Down. He was the youngest of three children, born in North London in 1934. Aubrey started painting in the sixties. He moved to Donegal 1979, and sadly passed away at his home in Portnoo August 2020.
One of his paintings, depicting Assaranca waterfall, used hang in the Taoiseach’s office.
Aubrey sold artwork all over the world- Australia and Japan to name a few places, but most of his art has been sold to people in Portnoo and the surrounding areas.
